We reserve the right to change these terms, we will make every effort to contact users by the email address on file, however due to the email system being beyond our control past the confines of our own servers, we make no promise of notification and as such the terms may be changed without notice. By accessing the system the user places agreement to the above and should a user disagree with anything they read the recourse available to them is to cease using the service and close their account via the cancellations request system built into the control panel.
